After almost a decade of public accounting experience, Ciro Castaldi started Castaldi CPA, Inc. to provide tailored accounting services for nonprofit organizations. His expertise in nonprofits includes foundations, grantmaking organizations, social services and healthcare, helping mission-driven organizations maintain financial transparency, compliance and operational efficiency.

During his tenure at a highly regarded regional CPA firm, Ciro gained extensive experience with nonprofit organizations conducting financial statement audits, Uniform Guidance audits, Uniform Financial Reports and Form 990 tax filings.

Beyond leading his firm, Ciro is committed to developing the next generation of accounting professionals. As an adjunct professor at Stonehill College, he takes pride in mentoring students and fostering an appreciation for the field of accounting. Ciro enjoys creating an engaging learning environment where students can connect technical concepts with real-world applications.

Ciro is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants, continuously staying informed on industry developments and best practices. He believes in building strong relationships with his clients and community, working to support the missions of the organizations he serves.
