Ciro Castaldi, Jr., CPA, MBA

Founder & Managing Partner

After almost a decade of public accounting experience, I founded Castaldi CPA, Inc. to provide tailored accounting, tax, assurance, and advisory services to nonprofit organizations, businesses, and individuals. While nonprofit organizations remain a central focus of the firm, we work with a diverse range of clients to strengthen their financial operations, maintain compliance, and make informed decisions.

My nonprofit experience includes serving foundations, grantmaking organizations, social service agencies, and healthcare organizations. During my tenure at a highly regarded regional CPA firm, I gained extensive experience conducting financial statement audits, Uniform Guidance audits, Uniform Financial Reports, and Form 990 tax filings.

Today, I draw on that background while helping clients with outsourced accounting, tax compliance and planning, financial reporting, and strategic advisory services.

Beyond leading my firm, I am committed to developing the next generation of accounting professionals. As a former adjunct professor at Stonehill College, I took pride in mentoring students and helping them connect technical accounting concepts with real-world applications.

I currently serve as Treasurer of South Shore Habitat for Humanity and am an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the New England Society of CPAs. I believe in building strong relationships with my clients and community while supporting the long-term success of the organizations and businesses I serve.
